OLD MAN FAILURE

As Napoleon Hill said, "old man failure is always on the path to success, waiting for those who fail the persistence test."

As Napoleon Hill said, "old man failure is always on the path to success, waiting for those who fail the persistence test."
We know that all success come to those who refuse to quit; refuse to throw in the towel. Abraham Lincoln is one of America’s most phenomenal Presidents. But few people experienced failure like he did.
In one year, 1832, he lost his job, contested for a legislative seat and lost, tried to get into Law School, but was rejected.
In 1835, he  started a business & failed, then lost his fiancé.

In 1836 he had a nervous breakdown.
In 1838 he sought the position of Speaker, but was defeated.
In 1843, he lost for nomination contest for Congress.
In 1848, he, again, lost re-nomination.
In 1849, he was rejected for the position of Land Officer.
In 1854, he was again defeated for Senate.
His family felt he was out of his mind & sought a psychiatrist for him. Many disowned him & felt he was a disgrace to the family.
In 1856, against the advice of his family & close relatives, he vied again & was thoroughly defeated for nomination for Vice President in 1856, defeated again for Senate in 1858.
After all these, Lincoln thought to himself, "the only office I have never run for is The Office of The President of the United States.? He went for it in 1860, and, Lo! he won with a massive landslide to become the President of the United States of America.

Failure is not final! Each one of us has failed. But the difference between failures & successful people is that, while failures give up, successful people are determined to always rise again & keep trying. You must keep trying until you succeed or die trying. That's the attitude of success! You can do it! You have a bigger mission & potential than you think. Live Your Dream!
