All content and materials are owned/licensed by LYD. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

By submitting content (e.g., business information), you grant LYD a non-exclusive license to use it for service delivery and improvement.

LYD is not responsible for the content or policies of external sites linked through our Services.

LYD may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated. Users may also terminate their account by contacting LYD.

LYD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for Services, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.

LYD may update these Terms and will notify users through email or the Services. Continued use implies acceptance.
